Hey Calvin,
I have a V215. I have found that weighting the back corner as much as you can and filling the front ballast give me a very surfable wake. Weight from people on the surfing side helps more. Not the greatest amount of freeboard so be careful not to overweight. There is a post on here from mudsurfer that says talks about his goofy wake. Hope this helps some.
Dennis

I run ~800 lbs in the rear locker in addition to the stock ballast. Puts out an awesome wake. I just need to play around with my board setups now

I have an 03 230....we put 700# in the one corner rear locker, 350 in the belly, and have everyone sit in the back corner....we had trouble getting the wake right at first, but this set up has worked well.

I have a 2006 Sanger D215 - we had 10 people in the back of the boat (because its a direct drive) and we shifted the weight toward the side of the rider. Weighting the back and to the side of the rider is the key.

The center ballast but help the wake as much as positioning people in the rear of the boat.

I have an '06 v210 I have a 350-400 pound bag in each locker at the back that I fill about 3\4 full. I dont fill the front sac, but I have about 2-300 pounds of sand under the seats in the front. we put all the passengers on the side the person is surfing. seems to work really well. here are a couple pics of the wake, both sides...

I just picked up my 2007 V215 and ran it this whole last weekend. I tried many different configurations and could not get it right. I do not have an additional Sac yet, just the 2 rear and 1 middle factory Ballast set up. I had 3 people with a total weight of around 470 pounds on the left rear (surfing side) of the boat. I tried filling up all three ballast and then tried without filling the middle ballast. I did not try filling up only the surfing side ballast in the rear.

So what it sounds like is I only need to fill just the 1 rear surfing side ballast, put all the people on that side of the boat, add an additional fat sac of 800lbs and fill the middle factory ballast and I should be good?

well i went out today and surfed for a while on my friends board. it was great. just used the stock balllast but had 9 people arranged in different places to play with the wake. sooo much fun. im gonna invest in some fat sacs tho. more importantly i just bought a board from the guys down at XBC. they were great. should be here tomorrow so im pretty excited.

Here is a pic of a friend of mine out there. Not the best pic to show the wake, but here are the specs for you.
Sanger v215, center ballast full, starboard ballast full (Go Goofy!), 600 lbs fat sac (not quite full) above the center ballast/walkway, 600 lbs fat sac in starboard stogage (maybe half full) , me on the sunpad 175lbs, wife driving not too many lbs :-)
So when we have more than just two in the boat, the wake is reallly nice. Even when there are just two in the boat, it is very ridable.
Have Fun!Upload

STOP YELLING AT ME! not sure of yor question heeb. do you want to know if the paddle wheel is factory installed prior to the dealer installing perfect pass for the buyer? im going to say no. im pretty sure its a full package once you decide on perfect pass for your boat. mine was already in the first tie i saw my boat from the factory. try posting this thread on boats, and tow rigs section you will get way more reponce's.
