It's 5:40 pm and I am sitting in the shop watching the flag on the pole flutter in the breeze every couple moments. The air is 81*, the water 64*. In 20 minutes I will be headed to the dock.

All the tubes are in, the shop swept, the hangers straight. The boats, some Nautige, some Tige, are clean and covered.

In 20 minutes I will turn out the neon open sign, lock the door and drive away.

In 20 minutes I will strap in for the first ride of the season- it's about time.

These are the longest 20 minutes.}}

Cold until I peed in my wetsuit. And of course, like a goon, I face planted on a lipslide which made for my first fall of the season. I am really sore right now. I think I'm gonna go hit the cable in a few hours, maybe that will loosen me up.
