Would this boat be worth 33K. He says it is in great shape and everything works, but 450 seem a little high on the hours. How long are these engines lasting these days? GT-40

I'm not sure about the value, but it seems in the ballpark. I won't sweat the hours, that is only about 100 hours a year.

I know gt40's with more then 3000 hours on it and still running strong... So 450 hours is nothing if its well maintained.

The price seems good for the summer time.

I bought my '00 SAN for 32k with an '04 trailer in March 220 hours) You may have a little room to negotiate, but the price is pretty close.

Worry more about how it was treated during those hours than the number of hours.

What are the options? Perfect Pass? Bimini? Ballast tanks? Cover? Single or dual axle trailer?

For that price they should be included.

we got a 2000 san loaded with 145 hours on it with no trailor for 29,500. The interior is allright condition but seems the little brats who had it before never took it out and when they did never put the cover on. mechanically wise it is in great shape. can't wait to get off work and go ride. its a damn shame it take the ballast 30-40 min to fill. I love my boat though sooooooo pimp

picked up my 2000 super air for $25,500 no trailer. It had 475hrs. So far its been a great boat. I have put 80 hrs on it this year. No perfect pass. I wish I had it. I guess its the next thing I am going to install. A couple of 2 inch long tears on two seats but its cool. Runs strong. Mine doesnt have the stadium seating. I guess I like it this way because we have little floor space. I bet the ones with stadium have zero floor space

my digital speedo went out within 2 months, they replaced it right away and haven't had any problem since. I like the new ones (half analog half digital).

My guages went out but they were covered under a recall. I just called teleflex and they sent me a new speedo and a new tach. Said they had 3 issues with them. A board seal issue, lense fogging and buttom seal issue. These are supposed to be fixed with the new guages. So I wouldnt worry about it. If they go out give teleflex a call.
