Bolt-on adapter for Fulton Jack?

Here we go, another trailer owner dissatisfied with the extra weak jack that came stock.

I would like to replace it with a Fulton Jack, but without having to weld on an additional mounting plate.

The existing pad (shown below) measures about 4 inches square, with a 7 hole bolt pattern.

There are 4 holes with centers on the corners of a 3 inch square. Then there are 3 more holes in a centered column with 1 inch between centers.

Is there anyway to bolt on a Fulton Jack to this pad ... with or without an adapter? (and I assume, if possible, it will take an adapter.)

Does anyone know where to get the adapter plate that was listed in the link above? I saw the link last week and need a plate now as I purchased the F2 jack today (on sale at west marine for Memorial Day $109). Any help would be great!!

Not to jack your thread, but that is exactly why the guys at MB has put the Fulton on EVERY trailer stock.

Memorial Day sale at West Marine is the way to go! Just picked mine up. Is there a reason it cannot be directly welded to the frame itself? I see some people weld the adaptor plate on, then bolt the jack to the adaptor plate. Seems like an extra step, or is it just a more clean look...
