I was told it is somewhere between the original X-star (205V) and the modern X-star and gives a great shape with minimal ballast.

its the same hull as the CSX-220 so the wake should be massive....

i rode one a couple weeks ago. it was beautiful. we only had stock ballast in it but the wakes were super nice. it is steeper than an xstar but still has the transition, which is nice.

I haven't ridden behind it yet, but my buddy just did a few days ago back in VA and said I wouldn't like it. He told me it was in between his Malibu VLX and a Supra, which I like the VLX wake a lot and absolutely hate Supra wake, so that's the teller for me. Anything that is steep and kicks you off the wake isn't fun to ride behind. X-Star wake is my favorite for sure because I love the long, smooth transition to a tall rampy wake so I feel like I'm in complete control. I'll give it a shot behind the X-25 because I may be surprised by it, but the way it sounds I don't think I'd want to keep it.

So just like x-star but steeper? just as wide and solid wake?

How u compare x-25 to SAN 230?

its not quite as wide as the xstar but it is nice and firm. i have only rode one 230 before and it had some 3000 lbs in it. that wake was very steep and skinny. i can only imagine the x25 has an amazing wake when loaded down
