Hi, The wait list is way too long at Century Marine to have work done so I'm looking for a good boat mechanic that would like to pick up a side job.

I have an '88 Ski Nautique that I'd like to have a tune up done on and would also like the prop shaft repacked. If anyone knows of someone I'd really appreciate it and I'd be happy to repay with some pulls.

Thanks,
Josh

Josh Rodney took care of my boat quickly! Surfside said something like 1-2 weeks. Took it over to the shop Rodney works at and got a long estimate on the time it would take jsut to look at it. But I got a call the next day or the day after saying it was ready to pick up.

I still owe him a pull. I post keep posting up to go out on odd days then forget or can't make it. Sorry about that man.

I would also check with Tige in Mesa. They are also PCM certified and work on all makes.

Thanks guys,
I appreciate it! Rodney, I'd be more than happy to work on it with you but my problem is that I'm in law school and have no time. However, if you can do a tune up and bearing repacking I will be more than happy to pay you to work at my house or I'll drop my boat off at your place.

Oh wait, judging from Mattato's post it sounds like you've got a shop. That would be awesome. I just called the number 266 0936 but wasn't sure if it was the right number? Anyway feel free to give me a call (480) 516 2591 and I'll also try to get a hold of you later.

Thanks for your info to Paul, I've heard good stuff about Tige in Mesa. Hopefully things will work out with Rodney but if not I'll definitely give them a call.

Thanks again everyone!
