I am looking to purchase this house (the untitled placemark in the image below), but want to make sure I have room for a boat. I really have no idea how tough it is to back a tandem axle and maneuver it. I used to have to back into a driveway at a 90 degree turn on a busy street, but the trailer was single axle and only 17 feet. Problem with this place is a lot of times there are cars parked in the street at night, and that would make things much more difficult to get it in the driveway. Once it's in the driveway, there's no problem. Do you think I could only fit a single cause then I could push the trailer around after unhitching, thereby turning it in the street? Any ideas or experiences? I know this is a tough question.
