I was down on The Delta for the holiday weekend hanging out in Mandeville Tip. As we were rolling into the area I noticed a huge yacht named "Mea Culpa" tied up to its own private dock with a home on the levee. I am curious if any locals know of this boat? It is rather hard to miss and Mandeville Tip seems like a weird place to dock a boat such as that....

Definitely a lawyer that owns the boat with that name, most likely criminal defense.

I saw that ship too. It was right across the Hilton residence. Did you stay for the fireworks?

Could not find out who the owner is but during last winter it was available to charter for a cool 120K a week and only sleeps 8

Ah, that's the ship! Goodwork guys. Beautiful yacht; however, 120k a week seems rather far fetched for that boat. Mario - I was supposed to stay for the fireworks; however, someone on our boat had an emergency to tend to and we had to get them back to Tower Park. I was hanging out on my buddies black/orange X-star. There was only a handful of wake boats out there so I'm willing to bet you saw us at some point.

Hey Mario, i thought that i saw your F21 out there. I was there for the weekend. the water was so nice. I hate leaving there, I even finly pulled out at 4:30 monday the drove home to Bakersfield. That ship was aw-some, but there is no way I could ever pay120k a week.
Matthew,I was at tower park this weekend, I even saw that boat. should of said hi.

How does that thing only sleep 8? I would sleep on the swim platform if someone let me on for a couple of nights.

One master stateroom and 3 guest staterooms. Have to take into consideration that a yacht of that size requires a crew of at least 4-6 people so there has to be accomodations for them as well.

That boat is super sick. I got a couple hundred if you guys want to go in together for a few hours.
Adam--Might have to hit you up one of these days and get a pull behind your F21 here in Bako.

The boat is 137 feet. There is an even bigger one on the website that is linked above.
