I have a pair of 05 Alphas that have had the outer liner rip.(waited a month for those to be shipped to me)Now over the 4th of july my inner liners completely seperated.(been waiting ever since for the inner liners)Purchased them thru Buywake.I asked if I could simply return them and upgrade to Transits for the difference in price. No was the answer.Because LF policy is to fix before replacing. Now does your Boardshop replace your messed up equipment or simply tell you to wait on replacement parts while you watch endless days of butta pass by???????Pissed in Raleigh!

Tradewinds, if they have a pair like the ones that are ripped they would let me demo them until the parts came in to fix my originally purchased pair, or even trade depending on the current condition.

most local shops are good about that. you should have asked boatsnboards about it. they could have helped you. Glass and Powder does a pretty good job about getting stuff warrantied too. You probably could see what Ryan can do for ya at Overton's, while overtons isn't the best...Ryan is great with helping the Raleighwood crew out.
