Been watching this property for a while. There is a pond fed by springs in Lehi, just south of the roller mill. The property is just off the freeway and is just over 20 acres. 11 of those acres are land, the other 9 are the mill pond. Looks pretty perfect for a cable park. The whole property is forsale or 5 mil. Last semester in my construction management classes I designed a 3d mixed use development. I was thinking condos upstairs with retail down. Something like marine products, restaruants etc.

Here's a pic from google earth and a pic of the project.

I'm not selling the property, nor am I an agent, just thought it would be a great idea, maybe if someone knows somebody we can make the thing happen and we all benefit.

the line in the picture is about 1/4 mile. That would make the total cable over 1/2 mile long.

I've thought the same thing every time I see that place. It would be nice to have something that close to home. My place is in the lower left side of the picture. On a side note yesterday was sick out on the lake. Water temp about 53 and smooth water. Hopefully get out today too. Rode a cable for the first time a couple weeks ago at the owc, it would be great if there was one here. With the short season here it might be a hard sell.
