Might be a silly question but does wetsounds ws- 420 work as a line driver as they
say the max pre outs is 5v as my alpine marine head unit is only putting out 2v to my pair of Syn 4 which I think might be a bit low for them due to a little bit of noise coming through my Rev 10's when volume is at 0.

Is it a line driver Not really.
Will it boost your line voltage like a line drive does YES.
What are you trying to do?

The WS-420 is a Line Driver. The new WS-420 SQ has adjustable gains for both aux and main. So it will boost your voltage.

Thanks for that Tim and G.
It seems like that will be the way I will go instead of getting a line driver.

Chris, What does your bump mean!
