Team Dean dipped in for this rare photo opportunity at Lake Elsinore today. He also did it for the last beer in the cooler. It was that green but it was butter all morning. The water looked ugly as ever but on the good side we got there at 7 AM and were the only boats on the lake for about an hour. The water was still great even at 1:30 PM when we rolled out of there.

Team Dean

One more moment of the day was when I put a gash in my fore head. I fell off wakeskate and it plowed into my head. Luckily it was the LF Cassette wood one or it could have been much worse. I just checked the self pic I did on the camera phone after the incident and it didn't come out too well. Oh well. Dean has improved a lot and his stoked for it being his first season. He got his wake to wake down which is a great confidence booster. He is becoming a wake addict. Ron road sick as usual. Ron, thanks for bringing the "Maliblue" out today.

We were out yesterday as well, and the blooms are sic. Funny that some people actually pay to have algae wraps, and we just get it for free.
Gotta love the fall......

Wow thats the worst I've seen Elsi in years! I haven't been up there in a few months, and now I'm not really motivated to. Was that pic taken in the main lake, or somewhere protected near the shoreline?

This was the main lake in the southeast end next to the buoy line. Parts are good and bad all over. Even the middle of the lake has some green belts that seem to slow the boat down when you go through it.

Better clean out that gash on your forehead really good. You're going to grow something if you don't.

My wife mentioned how nice my skin looked today. Ahh, wakeboarding and a fancy skin treatment at the same time. What more could one ask for?
Thanks for taking the pic and for negotiating for that last beer Garrett!!

I thought that guy looked familiar.

Hey Dean, remember me?

Congrats on the wake-to-wake, very cool! We'll have to get together and ride again soon.

I remember you, I had never seen anyone rip like that from the boat before and on top of it all, you made it look easy.
Thanks on the w-2-w, it took me a while but it feels awesome to consistently stick it.
We will for sure have to get together soon to ride.
Take care.
