My boat speedo is off by a lot, I dont have a gps but I can tell by the wake that when the real speed is around 16-18 the boat speedo reads 30 and the digital perf just stays at zero. I read the PP manual and tried calibrating the speedo but it didnt work, anyone know what im doing wrong?

Let me get this straight. Your driving and the PP reads zero!? And the speedo real high??? What is happening with the PP.

Get a GPS or borrow one from somebody and dial in your speedo first, then read your perfect pass manual and adjust the perfect pass to make sure both are matching. Another thing you might want to do is check the paddle wheel under your boat, I actually had one of little knobs on my paddle wheel break off, how I have no clue, but it was warrantied and easy to fix.

Take it back! See if the dealer will swap it for a Chopper boat, I hear they are awesome!

Damned, there are 3 little switches on the right side of your dash. The left one and the right one can adjust the speedo. Get a GPS and match the speedo to the GPS reading....
