the issue with shaprio isnt the 1 st, i have ones from b4 that, cant fool the old school.

Is that the one with him jumping over a kneeboarder? Didn't it say wakeboarding and kneeboarding magazine under the title?

the issue they are showing as the first is a hoochie with no vest with some kind of tube angle,. the 100th is kind of a mock up of the "1st" issue but i guess its the only trick that soven kid can do . at that time they droped the whole kneeboard thing, btw whats a kneeboard...tune me in haha

The tenth aniversary mag has all the covers of the WBM. It is a way better mag than the 100th. Rjizz, maybe you're misunderstanding their layout. I don't think they ever said that hoochie cover was the first--it's just one of shapiro's covers (from 1995). In that froggy/shapiro article, darin is holding his first cover (that raley/kneeboarder shot), while froggy is holding issue number 100.

Chris, my collection isn't for sale. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as throwing down a wad of cash...I worked really hard for that collection and it means quite a lot to me, because I have a lot of memories tied to some of those issues. But good luck on your search.
