I heard they also cut most of the work force this week at Santa Rosa, San Jose, and Rocklin. Aparently there are only a few employees (or less) at each site.

NorCal MC on the other had is opening a new store in Sacramento.

As the pro shop manager of the Reno store, the news is true.. Only the GM is left to try and pull it all together..

Sucks, but oh well.. No one was buying boats.

Chantel , sorry to hear about the layoff, Copes is still open but releasticly they well close, the two people that are working there no nothing about boards, bindings, etc. In my opinion have no personality either. My salesman no longer is there for the boat, so now I am just another customer walking off the street and thats it. Guess I will be shopping else where.
I agree with Walt the crew that they laid off was what kept them a float, they will sink quickly now.
