Oshensurfer (Scott) has been gracious enough to accept the responsibility of setting up and acting as custodian for any donations you wish to make to the Legge fund.

Paypal: leggefund@yahoo.com

Of course, if you wish to donate directly, checks can be sent to the church as listed above.

I am still in shock and disbelief. Matt was a class act, and leaves behind a loving family.

I just can't grasp it. I don't recall anyone from here ever passing away.

Matt was the first one on here that I ever communicated with.

Sad loss indeed...like others have said, I remember his many contributions to the forum (including many political discussions with the likes of MasterPainter, Whiskey Tango, Swass and the list goes on ) and you do get to know people even though you may have never met them in person which in this case, I have not.

He appeared to me in his posts as intelligent and definitely a class act! RIP Matt Legge, WakeWorld brother.

Unfreakin believable! It's amazing that I feel sorrow for someone I have never met, but he was a big part of Wakeworld, so I guess that's it. Anyway I hope his family is doing well and my thoughts are with him and his family.

That's awful.... My condolences to his family and his young daughter. RIP my friend.

Another reminder of how precious life is.... Sometimes we forget to be thankful for the beginning of every new day.

I also met him at chatfield. Very nice man, and family. My deepest sympathies go to his family. That was a third of the Colorado Wakeboard scene. So young, so sad....

I was lucky enough to have met Matt last summer. Rich and I met him at a get together we called the "MileHigh Meet & Greet" back in May. If we do it again we should call it the "MileHigh Meet & Greet in memory of Matt Legge". What I got from him is that he was a fun, outgoing, outspoken man who had a love of the water and spending it with his wife and daughter. He was alot of fun to be around. Looking back, I wish I would have gotten together with him more on the water last summer. He was a prominent memeber here on WW and I admired that about him. No doubt he will be missed. We all felt like we knew him from his involvement here on WW. My condolences to his wife and daughter. I've attached a few pics from the MileHigh Meet & Greet. The first one is of Matt grilling up some burgers for a few fellow boarders. The second one is of his daughter Alicia swinging on his tower. It was a fun day....a day to remember!!
