correct prop for 4 cyl

I just recently purchased an 18 ft.1994 Marada mx-1 w/ a 3.0 Liter Mercruiser (135HP). I am getting ready to purchase a new prop due to the other one sustaining some damage to it. I was curious if you could help me determine what size, pitch, and # of blades of a prop I would be able to get the highest performance. If possible I would like to know which will be best out of the water (for boarding) and which would give the best top end speed.
