I recently used Houston Watersports Complex to do warranty work on my Supreme, a boat that HWC does not even sell, but they still honored my warranty work because they are also a Sanger dealer.

Here is a link to the thread that stirred up a mess for HWC. http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/3183/463879.html?1182564207
I have to say that when I got my boat back this weekend I was very impressed with HWC they went above and beyond and had my boat completely detailed and in good working order.

After talking with Cliff the owner I learned some perspective that I was unaware of that added to the delay in getting my boat back to me, anyway, I would recommend Houston Watersports Complex for both sales and service and am sorry for any trouble this caused for Cliff the owner or James the service manager at HWC as they are top notch.

I havnt read Steve's thread but I can't say enough good things about Cliff and the guys at HWC. They went the extra mile for me... even to the extent that they are sending somebody out to my location (3 hrs away) since I can't tow the boat to them to do some minor warranty work. And at the same time they are going to do the 25hr service for free.

These guys understand customer service

Sam,

Cliff and James where and are total professionals. I spoke with Cliff at length and he explained to me why it was took so long to get the repairs done. I have total respect for those guys and like I said in the other thread this should have been a sidebar conversation with Cliff and James and not a public bashing forum on WW.

I will take my boat back to them for service and perhaps buy a boat from them in the future, like I said before these guys are top notch and they made things right with me!
