I am not super up to date on wakeskating so I had a question with something I just read. I was reading the rules to a local comp and for the wakeskate division it said "Anything goes, no raleys or inverts." I did not know there were wakeskate raleys. Is this straight up? If so, anyone have a pic or video? Thanks.

no one can do raleys or inverts yet. i dont think they ment it that way. i think it said that to show that wakeskating has its own tricks and styles

I was told that wakeskate raileys are practice for wakeboard raileys. With a wakeskate you work on extending out, then trying to bring your feet back under you, but on a skate you can bail and just dive in the water w/out having a board attached to you feet, so less chance of injury.
