1st back roll attempt

This was taken at the Delta this weekend in the Vics just after lunch. Water was sick, no other boats around, just feeling good so I tried a new trick.

No laughs please. Can't wait to try another.

nice, got all the way around...hold on to that handle now with both hands...keep it tight into the waist, maybe even pull in on it a little bit to allow you a little slack for the landing. You'll be landing them in no time.

ant bug, good stuff man. if you don't mind, here are some tips.

cut was good...needs to be more progressive.
stand tall.
don't look back...look UP and back.
keep both hands on the handle, at the lead hip.

wasn't the delta awesome this weekend? where were you guys? we were FAR from victoria slough. more importantly, when are you taking me up to the delta w/ you?!?!?!

Joe ~ yes please give me pointers. As you can see I need them.

The Delta just keeps on surprising me in how nice it is. I need to move up there so I can really improve my riding.

I have a few things planned these next couple of weekends, but after I want to hit up every weekend. Hopefully my Captain isn't busy and I can try another roll.

I'm sure you and your lady are welcome. I will just have to check with Ed.

thats pretty good for a first try!!... Although it looks like an OLE 360 which is pretty cool!!! Take a faster cut in and look up and over you front shoulder NOT down and you will get it in NO TIME!!!

well,my bilge pumps weren't working for like a month but I wasn't too worried about it cuz my boat doesn't take on water at all almost and it was due for a 100 hr check-up the week before but my dealer couldn't take me in and said it would be fine since I do a regular tune-up etc.but anyway it started taking on water by gallons on my sunset run.water was hot and i was kind of panicing.By the time I realize that the water was hot and for me to turn the engine off cuz it will stop taking on water,man I took in water till my back lockers had about 1/2 a inch of water.
