When i was looking at boats to buy I talked with a guy who said he had a pad on his transom to protect it from getting whacked by wakeboards, is there anything out there y'all have used or seen?? i would hate to stick apiece of rubber padding on my beautiful red a$$ end but I don't like the marks on the old girl either

Thanks

I like this stuff called TransomShield. Made by the same people that make KeelShield. Goes on virtually unseen. Check it out.

I put the 3m clear tape on the transome, while it protected it from dings the sound killed me when a board would smack against it. I got one of those transom pads to go over it like the ones from Bake's. It's all good now.
