LF transit bindings what size

I want to buy a pair of transit bindings off line but i am not sure what size. My foot is like a 9.5 and i could get the medium long they 8-9.5 or i could get the large and there 9-10

I would go for the large... I always rode large LF bindings and wear size 9.5 really fit... or loose 10...

I wear between a size 7 and 71/2 in girls and I have the smalls. They fit great for me, but I could easily wear a medium. I would say go large like everyone else said. Plus they fit snug to me so the bigger size would work perfect.
