List of wakeboard camps?

On the old Wakeworld site there used to be a pretty comprehensive State by State list of camps. It was a great place to find out what was available pretty much anywhere and then one could ask specific questions on the general forum and usually get all the information one might need to make a great choice. I can't find a list like that anywhere now. Is there one?
