I read through some of the articles and posts and still have a question for you. I am 6'3 330lbs and have been using a friends wakeboard for a few years - they have a 136 (hyperlite I want to say - not sure) - anyways - my biggest thing is that I catch a ton of edges on it and face plant more times than you can imagine - would a bigger board help me out? Obviously the 136 is too small for my frame but now that I have learned to use it - I am able to mess around on it - but would the bigger board help me not catch so many edges? What is the difference of a longer board basically? Any help would be much appreciated!!!

yes, bigger board will help you out...not only longer, but wider. more surface area = more lift outta the water = less edge in water

or maybe you are just bad, i dont know, but that's my suggestion.Upload

If I were in your situation I would get a board in the 143+ range.
