The new property has a good size pond/lake on it. Think I may need to look into getting a winch.

Is that a creek that flows into the lake at the top of the first picture in the middle? Find a way to damn it up and you would have a nice little waterfall/drop for ledges!

with a pond that big i would buy a pulldozer or a cheap old seadoo and make a pole to ride off of.

At a minimum that has PWC rail park written all over it, with your creativity you should have a system 2.0 and a super cool deck with a stereo boomin and incrediable rails.
