I am looking at the Helium SWAT or Jet Pilot Skyhawk. I am 5'8 180lbs and want to float. Which is better and what size would work best?

ambush has the skyhawk for less than $60. I ride with it everyday and it was a real pleasant surprise. I thought it would be bulky and uncomfortable from the pics but I got it anyway because it was cheap but it is actually one of the most comfortable vests I've ever used. For the price, you cant beat it.
