I thought I would ask if anyone had a prefence on a couple of amplifer distribution blocks. I'm adding an additional amp and need to add them to my system. Three amps in total: Tower, Subwoofer and interior amp.

Do you just run one positive wire and one negative battery to this block from the battery and then one pos and one neg from block to each amp ?

x2. I think about everybody would agree. I skimped the first time and got some little bitty stinger distro blocks. Redid my amp rack this winter and love this one

It has a spot for dual 0 or 4 gauge B+ inputs, and 4 4gauge outputs. The ground is the center one and only has a spot for 1 0 or 4 gauge ground, and again 4 outputs. I have a dedicated battery bank and perko, so I ran from the B+ on one of the stereo batteries to the perko, then to the distro. The ground will go straight to the common ground of your battery bank battery, or the battery all your grounds terminate at.

Me too, but used a fused dist block for the + side to the amps.

I heard the Interstate batts were just as good or better for this application.

Prior, I purchased the box at Rex Marine. I really like it. I am sure the Interstate batteries are good. But I like the way the Blue Tops look.

You can also get custom optima boxes made. I had a triple version made with the Centurion logo on it. I too like the look of the Blue Tops ...
