I have been reading all about the boards that you guys have been making. I can get my hands on as much EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) as I want. The company I deal with said I can give him the rough dimentions and he will cut it out then I will just have to shape it to how I want it. I have an Obrien Alias which I think I am going to tweak the demensions to get a different board. I will get someone two do the fiberglass because I dont have a clue how to do it or were to get the stuff. Does anyone have any ideas or tips that may make the process easier? or dimentions of a kick a@@ board? I will be shaping with a planer and a sander

If you can shape and sand you will be able to glass the board yourself!
Since the core is EPS you will have to use epoxy then paint the board with just about anything you want.
Check out West System epoxy they have lot's of helpful info. and how to build and repair. A bonus to west is once you use it you will find all kinds of things you can build or repair!
Post some pictures of your project if you can.

One thing you might want to do with the Eps core is to add a stringer for a little stiffness.
Ether a couple of tows of carbon strand top and bottom or a wood stick wraped in glass then inserted on edge on centerline of the board.
I am not certain if this is needed for Wakesurf boards but Surf and Windsurf boards with EPS cores need some kind of stringers added.
