questions about adobe premiere

i dont know anything about editing. On adobe premiere can you use digital camcorders to upload and how. Also i dont know what to select at the first option for what to use. I have a sony trv250 digital. thanks.

yes you can. You do it through the firewire(usb2 port). When the progam is opened you go file, capture, movie capture and the window opens open for it. mke sure that you have the camcorder plugged in and all set up before you do this. then you chose in the and out point and the capture button and it works.

next question. how do you make clips slow motion in the movie?

Right-click the clip and then select "Speed/Duration".

For older versions of premiere use the minus sign (e.g. -100) in the speed if you want to clip to go in reverse.
