I'm very curious about these devices that automatically reduce your stereo volume when the boat slows down and increase it again when the boat gets up on plane. I know that several of the boat manufacturers have a version of this built into their stereo systems. I'm also aware of at least two aftermarket products that do this as well;
Watersport Innovation's Boost Box and
HSE's Revolution.
- How many of you use something like this and which one do you use?
- How many of you would use something like this if it was more affordable?
- How many of you don't really care for something like this?
I guess I'm just surprised that more people don't use them. I've just started using the Boost Box and I was surprised at how nice it is to have this feature and I never really thought it would be all that great before I tried it. My Malibu has something built-in that is supposed to behave in a similar fashion, but I've never really been able to get it to work the way I want it to since it doesn't have the adjustability of the Boost Box. Just wondering what boat buyers think about this. Any feedback would be appreciated.
