My 05 21V won't shut off. Pulled the kill switch, disconnected the battery and finally pulled the wire from the distributor cap. That worked. Restarted and had same problem. Any ideas. The perfect pass and bilge pump were replaced last month if that means anything.

You're ignition is getting voltage from somewhere, possibly a short in the harness or ignition switch.

I had a wiring harness go bad on my X-Star last year and it did the same thing. It's an easy swap once you figure out which one it is.
