you guys are awesome. i wish i could be sponsored. what do you have to do to be sponsored? i heard it was an off axis spin and three flips in a 80 percent basis? brandon you must rip for having all those sponsors. how did you get them and what tricks can you land.

It's best not to "bug" potential companies to sponsor you. They get hit up all the time. It's a real turn off if you know what I mean...It is best to be recommended. If all it "took" was an Off axis spin and three flips then everyone would be sponsored...Start riding the comps, get some win's under your belt and don't sandbag! (it's like arm wrestling your little sister then bragging on how bad ya whopped her, ewww) Get a job at your local board shop, talk to dealer reps, etc.
I once saw an artical on wakeboarder.com that pretty much laid it all out. It's probably in archives now but you might try checking it out.

it also helps to have rich parents and nothing to do so you can ride all the time behind a killer boat. kind of funny how most people who are sponsored in this sport don't need to be.
