This survey is for our MBA capstone class for which we are writing a business plan for a private lake development.

This questionnaire should take you about 10 minutes to complete. I know most of you aren't in our target geographic area but your participation will help greatly to show market acceptance of the concept.

Thanks in advance for your help. I REALLY appreciate it.

That's awesome. I love that! And I thought just owning a nice house was "making it". Now you have to get the private lake too...

Done.

Does this mean you will set aside one house for those that did the survey, and give it away in a drawing?

What are the dimensions of a good sized private lake?

Great question how long does a tournament lake need to be? I'm in grad school right now and would love to develop one in Utah, or at least develop some water front property there.

2600 would be my ideal length, 250-300 wide. allows all events to be pulled without problems.

I've always thought that it'd be a really easy addition to have a private landing strip (grass or asphalt) in one of these "lake communities."

The people that can afford this life style can also afford general aviation.
