Great Customer Service

I just wanted to take a second to let everyone know how great an experience I had with customer service from Ronix and Evo Gear. I had a Ronix Ibex that was out of warranty that snapped right down the middle. I contacted Evo Gear, the company I bought the board from, and they worked with Ronix to get me a new board. Ronix stepped up and replaced my board with a new one. This was a completely different experience than the miserable experience I had with Hyperlite when my Parks board delaminated. Thanks again; I'll certainly be a repeat customer for both Ronix and Evo after that experience.

That's funny because both companies are owned by the same dude. LOL

Hyperlite and Ronix are not the same owners. Herb O'brien left Hyperlite and started Ronix. Hyperlite is under the CWB, Liquid Force, Connelly Group of Companies.

Evo is awesome. They warrantied a board for me that I didn't even buy from them because a douchbag back east who I bought the board from didn't have time to do the warranty for me.
