I was just curious about platinum boards. Ive never ridden on one before and I never really knew what exactly is in it or what the differences are. Are they really that much better than the standard board?

Ride wise they are lighter and a little snappier off of the wake.

They have a different core than the normal board and there is two rods that run down the center making the board a little stiffer.
