i got some new bindings and i have used them twice, but the part of the bindings that touch the outside parts of your feet, near ur toes (i think its the overlays)are really tight and i get cramps just after 10 mins, how can i get them to loosen up?

p.s- i cant open up the overlays.

What kind of bindings are they? You can try putting beer bottles in them to loosen them a bit.

I know it sounds odd, but I found that if you buy a couple of squishy/solid rubber balls and push them all the way into the toes this will help to stretch the bindings out. The rubber molds a little better than glass and doesn't leave as severe indents in the footbed. Try a pet shop, they sell a wide range of rubber balls for cats and dogs !
This technique along with putting wine bottles in the main binding helped me with my own Nice bindings.
Try soaking the bindings in hot water first, this will let you get the rubber balls all the way in !
Before I did all this my toes were turning purple after 10 mins. Now it takes 15 !

Put them on in a bathtub with warm water... binding material stretches in warm water, and shrinks in cold water.

Ride more!!! No better way, or more fun, than strapping them on and riding. Each time you will get a longer set in, lol. Also, I have asked people with bigger feet to "try out" my new bindings
