State wakeboard/watersports license plate?

With all the different type license plates out there how come there is no tag for watersports? I mean there are tags for everything from Manatees to Mongaloids. Does anybody know how to go about getting a request in for a new type tag? Who do you call or write?

One of the few things the state of FL can be proud of, we have the most license plates available anywhere.
