I came across an interesting article that I thought was interesting enough to share. Just food for thought. Check it out here. http://toomuchfire.com/2012/02/17/he...get-the-f-out/

This guy doesn't make a very good argument, but he has an interesting point, which is that perhaps snowboarding films have gotten so outlandish that they are no longer relatable for the average rider/fan. That said, I enjoyed the **** out of Art of Flight, so no complaints here.

All I Got out of that was "1. I'm an idiot"

Seriously though the guy just sounds bitter that big companies put together something better, personally I'm all for it I got tired of paying for crappy movies that were shot with junk equipment and edited in someones basement. I'll (and just about everyone else) won't ever go to most of the places in the movie and that's the point of it, to show everyone what else is out there.

I'll have to agree that Brain Farm has out done everyone in the EPIC sense. I would also say that there is a market for people who want a video that is similar to the ones that came before BF. Nothing beats Mack Dawg's " Picture This". Good music, creative filming, and good riding. Anyone that hates on Curt Morgan can stuff it. That guy's talent speaks for itself. If you've worked on any type of film production you know how much work goes into it even if you are using state-of-the-art equipment.

sounds like an angry kid to me.. really not a very good argument - He went off on how Robot Food was so relatable and out there to just have fun etc. but wasn't David Benedek a huge pioneer of the double cork? - besides JPs first one.. that's not that relatable to me..

All I got out of it was a whole lot of the use of the word F***ing, and jealousy. Some one is always going to do something bigger and better than you, in turn, if you are truly passionate about the sport you would get out there and try either something a little different, better, or just be happy that the sport is getting that kind of attention. And continue riding.

Haha didnt read the entire article but this line was pretty good..

"No more creativity in this industry. Just T Rice and his Ed Hardy-rocking homies lapping MONSTER kickers, doing doubles and triples, while we all get stoned and listen to Nero. It’s like watching Planet Earth or some ****. No more, “I could prolly do that”. Of course you couldn’t do that. That’s a switch back 12 in the middle of Chile. No human being has ever been there before."
