I hear the term visualizing tricks a lot but I'm curious about when this occurs. Are you visualizing the trick on your approach to the wake or do you follow a routine of tricks that you have planned out? I ask this question as I seem to make the same mistakes over and over again on certain tricks before I get them right. Maybe I'm too focused on getting the line tension/body position/pop right while approach the wake and not enough on visualizing what I will be doing in the air and on the landing? In short, what's going thru your mind as you approach the wake?

As an example it took me forever to ride away from W2W HS 180's as I would land more on the heelside and instead of toe side and fall back. If I don't focus on getting body posture right early in the trick I don't stick the landing.
