havnt worn the 06's before, but i have the 07's and i believe the look, the segmented toe, and the recoil are all reasons to upgrade to the 07

I would go with the '07s just for the articulated toe piece. Recoil has been a problem, but can either be replaced or eliminated when it breaks. A lot of the guys I ride with have replaced the recoil with regular laces. The Black LTDs look sick too.

If your not stuck on the hinge tech and like the hold down and support of the Zeus, give the Fuses a try too. I recently switched and really like the feel of the Fuses.
