There was one I saw on a Wakeworld article, of a guy at a cable park. Looks like he just hit a kicker, and he is doing some kind of a raley and the handle is about 6 inches away from his fingers and you can see him reaching for it. It was my desktop background for quite some time, but I can't find it now. :-(

He looks to be about 20 feet in the air. :-)
