Wake jersey supplier

I'm trying to find some blank jerseys that I can get screen printed for a charity event. I like the look of the old wakeworld jerseys or something similar. Does anyone know a supplier that sales blank jerseys that'll work for wakeboarding?

I don't know about the jerseys, but Eagle Sports (vests, wetsuits and stuff) can help make similar or custom jerseys.
