We just put this system into an 07 X2. We chose not to use the distribution block with the valves, well... because they were out of stock. So we just piped the new tanks into the original vent pipes and ran new vent pipes out the stock location.

Now, I have heard on here that there is a way to extend the fill time on the 07 X2 switches. Right now we only get 6 minutes of fill time and they shut off. We just remove the power wire from the ballast system and it resets but that is a temporary fix.

Any ideas? I've searched but wasn't able to find the original post with the details.

there was a thread on here a while ago discussing this. I don't remember the fix but it sounded really complicated. I would just add another pump on one of the axilury switches. (I would have someone do it for me as this would probably be way beyond my ability level.

i think you may have to send the "Brain" somewhere to get it adjusted. a buddy of mine is having the same problem with his 07 XStar. he put the additional four sacs in there....they fill up off of the overflow tubes. but basically as soon as the additional sacs start to fill all the pumps time out. the dealer is sending his away to get adjusted. i can try and find out who they are sending it to.

Thanks guys. We have the name of the guy to send it to but didnt want to wait 2 weeks. For now, we're just pulling the positive wire off the ballast system and then replacing it. That resets the system and allows us to continue filling the other bags.

For the x-star... is he having any problems with the water bleeding out through the pumps? We didn't put in the oneway valves because we couldn't figure out where they went. If there were two pumps, one for fill and one for empty, that would be a no brainer.
