well i've only gone wakesurfing once like 2 years ago on a mastercraft which of course had perfect pass
but i'm wondering... i got a chaparral 254 sunesta and i already e-mailed someone at the company and they recommended the Wakeboard Pro which is at $1100 pretty much before installation and such

so my question is: will perfect pass make that much of a difference in my riding and when we drive will it help that much? i'll be mostly wakeboarding, then tubing, and then skiing... so thats mostly what i do but tell me if its worth it please to help convince my dad if its helpful

thanks again

You're tubing without a Perfect Pass. That's crazy talk.

Haha, ya I dont think it is needed for tubing, but for wakeboarding, you got to have PP!!

Ya Jeff, I should have kept my smart a$$ comments to myself, but I couldn't help it. Sorry Brett. When you get married, it's not only worth it, it is lifeblood.

Your brave wakesurfing behind an I/O !

But if you must then PP is really worth the cash.

It's O.K. If you have the extra $$$$.$$ then it would be a good addition, but if cash is kinda tight, you can always learn to drive the old fashioned way, and spend your money on something more vital.

If I were a dad towing my kids around the lake all the day I'd say that PP is the most important addition you could get for a boat. LOL

I love speed control. I don't even know how we used to drive without it. It makes for a much more relaxing day on the water and you end up with happier riders.

hahaha thanks randy... i tried to sign up with my email which is pretty gay itself because i made it when i was 9 and i don't wanna go thorugh everything and try to fix it
but it wouldn't take my old sn anymore so i had to use my sisters

but thanks you guys, i know i hate it speeding up on my and slowing down while i'm tubing hahaha (jk)... but since i am a professional tuber i think it'll be useful there

but ya maybe i can convince my dad to get that if i pay for the tower with money i've saved...but shoot i gotta pay for a dirtbike too i don't know what i'm gonna do

They could charge 10k for this and I would still argue that it is worth every penny. It will save your friendships and marriage!

Totaly agree Evan. I used to think I could do without it, and spend the money on other "more necessary" things, but now that I have it, it has been the BEST upgrade to the boat PERIOD!

Yes, My wife drives great with it. Also, great for wake surfing holds a 10-12mph speed nicely.

Perfect Pass and 3000 LBS of lead, the only upgrades a wakeboard boat needs

Yes, it will make a world of difference with your boat for boarding and skiing but you should really just quit tubing. Tubing is for lazy people and mentally challenged children.

I have never ridden with one but was looking at buying one. Fortunately for me, my wife is an excellent driver and all of my friends that have ridden with the PP agreed that it would be an absolute waste of money. Maybe I'm just lucky.

I'm getting mine today. I'd rather fight with my wife once over getting it than fight with her a hundred times due to not having it.

Well, if your wife is like mine you will fight more than once over the purchase :-)

I finally pulled the trigger last week. It is incredibly easy to install. I already had a paddle wheel on my boat, so it only took about an hour to install the rest of the system. My wife rarely comes out on the boat as it is. I'm hoping that PP may help to change her mind about coming more often.
