I bought a LF line through Evogear last year and the first use one of the sections snapped.
The evogear rep basically called me a liar at first, even after seeing the pics, he still said it was from a prop even though it was the rubber section where the loop is made. Anyway, he did end up talking to the LF rep and to get a replacement I would have had to send the entire line in even though I only wanted the 5' section. At the time it was the only line I had so I did not take them up on their offer, that they still may have refused.
LF and evogear lost a customer over a 5' section of rope. Great customer service...
