I can do bs 180's just fine with plenty of air and I land pretty solid every time, but when I attempt the 360 I cant even reach my hand back to grab the rope. Its like the rope is to far away and I cant even pull it to my hand. I have tried spinning early off the wake and late, but either way I still cant grab the rope. I end up letting go because i cant grab it, but I land the 360, just without the rope.

you just need to pull the handle harder to create more slack, which will enable you time to get the handle. when spinning the 3 i pull the handle harder than the 180 but not much. just keep pulling on it till you have the handle in the other hand. the pass can come super late on these and ive landed blind before(on accident) so you dont have to get rid of the handle super early on these.
