cleaning up the goofy side on an 02 pro v

I cant get the wake to clean up on the driver side of my boat for the goofy surfers. My theory is that because it's a left handed rotation on the prop that its only good for the normal riders. Any one with a pro v know how to weight the boat to clean up the driver side wake for surfing? I usually run a 350# bag on the rear seat 700 under the floor a 250# bag in the driver side trunk with a 50# dumb bell. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
