I fell like my wife when she goes clothes shopping... "But but- I saved so much money on this great deal". I have picked up a lot of wakeboarding/boating accessories since I started reading threads on Wakeworld. What has it cost you? Here is my list:
2nd battery $200
2nd amp and sub $330
ballast system $220
Inland surfer $300
ACME Prop & puller $380
Spare tire mount on trailer $350
Lets not forget the boat purchase $40,000
...The list goes on and on and on.
Next is PerfectPass Wakeboard Pro. $1000+

Ok… started to type out a list… Ouch! That’s a lot of money in the last year! No wonder my wife gives me grief about it.

So when do I start my 12 step program….?

Step one… work on my toe side W2W.
Step two… add some grabs to my heal side W2W
Step three…work on landing blind.
Step four… land on my board and not my head when trying inverts.

You get the point… ok so I am an addict.

Way too much. Every time someone comes up with a great idea I try it or see if it applies to my particular boat. If it does I like the challenge of making it work.

Factory to custom ballast setup added 1500 lbs.......$400
Batrack........$250
New Boots and Boards.........$550

Fulfilling a childhood dream........Priceless

I know it's cheesy but growing up I always got to work on everyone else's MC. Now I get to work on my own. One more of life's goals checked off the list.

After reading these, I realized I left out a bunch more stuff. Man! I really have a boarding problem. And I hope it never goes away.
