Funny cause I saw that same unit listed at $119 the other day when I was checking pricing of our products at different retailers. The 500GB FA Desktop sells for about $130 at buy.com and/or Newegg.com also so you might check those out if you're looking.

I like my 750g FA Pro drive...'cept it's so friggin bright I gotta turn it off when I wanna go to bed. Great drive, though. I like the swappable eSATA/USB2 and dual FW jacks.

Joe isnt that USB? I was on set with two of those for P2 downloads and they were no fun. Me and the other editor made them go get new ones.....But im not a real big pre-fab ext. drive guy.

The thread that Joe linked is USB only. There is a version of the Free Agent Pro that DOES comes with the ability to swap out a modular piece that allows for either 2x firewire 400 jacks, or a USB2.0 and eSATA jack.

I saw that at Frys last week and couldnt believe how cheap ext drives have become. I think I paid that same amount for my 150GB ext HDD a year or so ago.
