Hawaii for sure. Depends if you are heading to Kauai or Oahu. Kauai has the Wailua river and Greg/Kenny have a wake/ski school riding behind Malibus. Oahu has the "Oahu Water Ski Club" and can probably get a pull from someone. If you end up going to Hawaii, try making a new post regarding what island you are going to and "da boys" will hook you up for a pull

Right now Camp Far West would be a great option, no boats in your way, tons of sandy beaches to kick it too.

There is a wake school in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Taught by Andrea Gayton. I've wanted to hook up with them the last couple times I've been there, but haven't yet. Look it up. It'd be a cool vacation.

Otherwise, you can't go wrong with Florida as long as there aren't any hurricanes rolling through.

Cali will be getting cold. Our water temps dip to the low 60's, high 50's F by that time of the year. Air temps in the 60's F.

Cali is high 80's right now and there is no bad weather in the forecast at all. But a month away is tough to tell how it will be.

Costa Rica!
If the weather doesn't permit any wakeboarding, you just go surfing or grab a kite.
